If you receive an item you aren't happy with and want to return it, Humble & Kind Boutique will gladly accept it back under the conditions listed below:
Shipped items may be exchanged for another item or a store credit, and the return shipping will be at the buyers expense since we are already offering free shipping. Please include the order number that was emailed with your purchase, or you must have receipt for in store returns. Otherwise, we will offer store credit.
Our policy is active for 30 days, if it's after the 30 days we will not accept the return. Same policy for in store purchases.
Please check your item immediately to make sure you have not received defective merchandise. If you feel you have received something defective, please reach out to us! If you receive the incorrect size, or merchandise, please contact us!
