RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

If you do not love your purchase, just send it back to us within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date of the original purchase.

Items are only eligible for exchange or return for Store Credit via gift card within 15 days from the date of the original purchase.

Items eligible for return must be in original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition (no odors, no deodorant or makeup stains, and must be able to resell) with all original tags attached.

Please note: All items purchased during our SALES AT 20% OFF DISCOUNT OR MORE are considered FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
All jewelry and accessory purchases are FINAL SALE. All styles from our Semi-Annual Sale and/or Clearance Sale section are FINAL SALE. Due to deep discounts on these sale styles, returns will not be accepted on Clearance items. All Sale styles are marked FINAL SALE on the website. If you have any questions on clearance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

If your return request isn't going through, be sure to check if it has been over 15 days since your order was delivered or if any FINAL SALE styles are in your order.

Please note: If items are returned after 15 days of the confirmed delivery date of the original purchase, refunds will only be issued for Store Credit via gift card. In order to keep styles fresh and price points low, no exchanges and/or returns will be accepted after 15 days of your original purchase. If ineligible return items or final sale items are received as a return, the customer will be invoiced for the cost of return shipping or the ineligible return items will be donated to charity.

Returns made within our return policy are issued back in the form of Store Credit via gift card. In order to keep prices low, the original shipping costs and return postage for discretionary returns will be the customer’s responsibility.  Humble & Kind is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit during shipping, therefore to minimize this risk, we recommend using a form of shipping that offers a tracking number and insures the value of the package.

Please follow the care instructions provided on the inside tag of each item purchased. Humble & Kind is NOT responsible for any items that may become damaged in the wash or dryer. 

Please note: ANY & ALL RETURNS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN STORE CREDIT.

OUR PROMISE:

We stand by our products. In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt and we will make it right.  Humble & Kind will cover shipping charges associated with resolution of any defective or incorrect items.  Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
